Free software, clear limits
Terms
Context Check is a review aid. You remain in control of every suggestion and every change.
Using the product
You may use, copy, modify, and distribute Context Check under the MIT License. Do not use it to access content you are not authorized to review or in a way that violates GitHub’s terms.
No guarantee of detection
The extension identifies certain close token matches with deterministic rules. It can miss mistakes and can flag intentional differences. It does not replace tests, security review, or professional judgment, and it never blocks a merge.
No diagnosis or assessment
Context Check does not diagnose dyslexia or assess a developer’s ability, performance, or code quality. It compares text only.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The complete warranty and liability terms are in the repository’s MIT License.
Changes
These terms may change as the product develops. Material revisions will update the date on this page.
